Client Relations Team

Jerry is a seasoned signage industry professional with over 40 years of experience.  Prior to joining Blair Companies, Jerry was Founder and President of Image Consultants, Inc, supplying image related products and program management for Fortune 500 hospitality and QSR restaurant firms from 1985 to 1992.

Jerry now focuses on customer relations and successful program implementation. He has been invaluable in helping to develop our National Petroleum, QSR restaurant, and retail accounts.

Based in Cincinnati, Brian has brought more than 25 years of experience in retail design and store development services with an emphasis on program management to the role. His leadership and management skills have led to achieving client goals for successful implementation of signage programs for numerous corporations and thousands of store locations.

Brian’s focus is on achieving client satisfaction and seamless, efficient execution of branding initiatives. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University. Brian and his wife have a son and daughter.

Since graduating from New York University in 2019, Max has been building experience in sales, working as a commercial loan executive for prestigious national real estate finance firms. After several years in RE, he is excited to transition to the sign industry and looks forward to bringing his leadership and relationship management skills to Blair Image Elements.

Max was born and raised in Altoona, and has lived in NYC since 2015. He lives with his girlfriend Karlee and their french bulldog Frankie.

With over 15 years of sales experience across different industries, AJ is located at our headquarters in Altoona PA. In a result-driven world, AJ and his teams foster a family atmosphere that shares common goals that correspond with his and his customers’ success. His strong communication skills and attention to detail allow him to deliver total brand implementation to our national and regional clients.

AJ is a graduate of California University of PA and an avid basketball fan, having played and coached collegiately. AJ and his wife have a son, daughter, and Goldendoodle.

Tammy is our Sales Manager in the Architectural/Fascia Systems division located in Knoxville, TN. She has 20+ years of experience in project management in our industry, which built the foundation for her sales role. Tammy’s focus is to grow the current architectural business and cultivate lasting relationships with our general contractors. With her strong communication skills and competitive drive, Tammy strives daily to serve her customers well.

Tammy is a graduate of Carson-Newman University. She and her husband have three sons and two grandchildren.
