Leading Blair Companies since 1992, Phil has used his wealth of technical and business experience to transform the company into the full-service brand image provider it is today.

Phil holds degrees in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University, and draws on experience in roles at Sony Music & Entertainment and Senn-Delaney. He is Chairman of his family’s group of companies, employing over 1000 associates across manufacturing, construction, paper production, real estate, automotive, and a multitude of venture capital investments. Phil and his wife Colleen have three children.

Raymond is our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for the day-to-day activities at Blair. With over 30 years of hands-on operations experience across several industries, his experience and leadership instill the operational discipline needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Raymond focuses on systems and processes to provide efficiencies and consistent client experiences. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Wake Forest University. Raymond and his wife, Peggy, have three sons.

Ed has been a part of Blair Companies for over 11 years. Responsible for the overall financial operations of Blair and other Related Entities, he manages benefits, insurance, corporate taxes, financing, and banking relationships.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Accounting from Penn State University. He is also an active member of our local community, serving The Blair County Arts Foundation, Penn State Altoona Business Advisory Council, Rotary Club of Altoona, and The Beacon. In his leisure time, Ed enjoys gardening, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing moments with friends and family.

Joe has worked in the sign industry for 25 years. Joe has had senior management experience in many facets of the sign industry, including manufacturing, project management, and sales.

Joe prides himself on Blair’s many long term client relationships and his involvement in all aspects of each project, from sales prospecting through installation. Joe holds an Actuarial Mathematics degree from Penn State University and an MBA from Saint Francis University. Joe resides in Hollidaysburg, PA with his wife Chris of 25 years, and his four children.

Brack is a senior staff member at Blair Companies, responsible for developing our Knoxville Business Unit, also known as Blair Architectural Imaging, and he has led the unit since it was first formed back in 2009.

Brack brings with him 25 years of experience in commercial construction and signage, as well as eight years as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for the largest sign company in the industry. Brack is a graduate of Auburn University.

As the third generation in his family in the Sign Business, Steven brings with him over 3 ½ decades of all aspects of the industry.  Not only has he worked in the nuts-and-bolts portion fabricating, installing, and maintaining signs, but also has worked in management and technical sales.
